Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what data Tallory collects, why, and how it's protected. Tallory is operated by SwiftScore Automation ("SwiftScore," "we," "us").

1. What we collect

DataWhy we collect it
Your email and password (encrypted)To create and secure your account
Business name and currencyTo set up and display your workspace
Orders, inventory, and customer records you enterThis is the core function of the service — it's your data, stored so you can access it
Payment confirmation from Flutterwave, Paddle, or SelarTo activate and maintain your subscription

We do not collect full card numbers or payment credentials directly — those are handled entirely by our payment partners (Flutterwave, Paddle, Selar), not by Tallory.

2. How your data is stored

Your data is stored in a managed database (Supabase, running on PostgreSQL) with Row Level Security enabled — meaning our database itself enforces that your workspace's data can only be read or modified by you or by SwiftScore's authorized administrators, not by any other business using Tallory.

3. Who can see your data

4. Your customer's data

If you store your own customers' names, phone numbers, or addresses in Tallory, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and store that information, and for handling it in line with applicable law in your own country. Tallory is a tool for you to manage that data — we don't independently collect or use it.

5. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, you may request deletion of your data by contacting us; we'll delete it within a reasonable period, except where we're required to retain records for legal or accounting purposes.

6. Cookies and tracking

Tallory uses only the minimum technical storage needed to keep you signed in (an authentication session). We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell browsing data.

7. International users

If you're located in the European Union or another region with specific data protection requirements (such as GDPR), you may have additional rights regarding your data, including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your information. Contact us to exercise these rights.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date.
