Tallory

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tallory, a web-based order, inventory, and customer tracking service operated by SwiftScore Automation ("SwiftScore," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using Tallory, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can use Tallory

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create a Tallory account. You must provide accurate information when signing up, including a valid business name and email address.

2. Your account and workspace

• Each account gets a private workspace. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account.
• You may not share your account with other businesses, or use one account to operate multiple unrelated businesses without our consent.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter — orders, inventory, customer details, and pricing.

3. Plans and billing

• Free plan: includes up to 20 orders per calendar month, at no cost, with no card required.
• Pro plan: a paid monthly subscription billed in advance through our payment partners (currently Flutterwave for Nigeria and Cameroon, and Paddle for other regions). Pricing is shown at checkout and on our pricing page.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account; you'll retain access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
• We don't offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
• We may change our prices with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Tallory for any unlawful purpose, or to store or process data you don't have the right to hold.
• Attempt to access another business's workspace or data without authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it to build a competing product.
• Use the service to send spam, harass customers, or engage in fraudulent transactions.

5. Your data

You own the data you enter into Tallory — your orders, inventory, and customer records. We don't sell your data, and we don't access it except as needed to provide support, investigate abuse, or comply with the law. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is stored and protected.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep Tallory available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance, and we're not liable for losses arising from temporary downtime.

7. Termination

You may stop using Tallory and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, don't pay for a subscribed plan, or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the service or other users.

8. Limitation of liability

Tallory is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwiftScore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of Tallory after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
